What exactly is the Re-Vulva-Lution?

I think it is a lot of things.

Many groups are routinely dismissed and abused by the patriarchal medical system where doctor knows best. 
Patients are often stripped of autonomy and a pawn of a system that does not have their health and wellness as a priority.

I truly BELIEVE the system can change and improve, but change is often driven by the users of the system. That is YOU and ME! 
The more body and health literacy you possess, the more confidence and control you will have over your own health. 

One Womens Health started as a concierge integrated pelvic health physical therapy practice and has grown and changed over the years to better meet the needs of the women that I serve. I saw a need for education and community and thus the Re-Vulva-Lution was born.
